The 1st floor is a beautiful area with exposed brick, cracked plaster walls and custom designed maple shutters. The rough hewn slate flooring matches the warm tone of the hand blown light fixtures from Murano, Italy. Artwork on the walls adds to the special mood of your occasion. The whole space has the intimate ambience of Rome or Venice and is the perfect location for your special event.

The 4th floor offers a contemporary, urban atmosphere with high ceilings, exposed duct work & views of downtown Toledo.

As the location of your special event, Space 237 Galleries is an unforgettable venue, with original artwork adorning the walls and changing from one event to the next. Space 237 also offers the unique freedom of choosing your own caterers and providing your own bar needs in what ever way suits your celebration - an option not found at many other venues.

• Rates are $200/hr for the event.
• If the gift area does not have to be taken down for room, the rate is $150/hr for the event.
• $75/hr is charged for set-up, take-down, decorating, etc.
• There is a 3 hr minimum which includes set-up/take-down times.
• A $500 deposit is required to hold the date and is applied to the final balance.
